The Big Bolt!

by Holly Hepp-Galván

The Big Bolt Graphic.jpg

Jimmi loves building things and when she finds a big bolt at a construction site, she decides to tell a small lie and keep it. It’s just one bolt and what could possibly happen? Soon however, the whole town is in chaos! The Foreman gets locked in his office, the Opera Singer can’t sing, the Shopkeeper is out of business, and the Mail Carrier is dropping packages everywhere.

As things get worse and worse how will she ever tell the truth? With the help of her dog Bingo, she realizes that every bolt matters and sometimes a little lie can cause big trouble.
