Captain Can and the Road to Zero Waste

For the 2009-2010 school year, Captain Can will be leading second grade students down the road to Zero Waste, an interactive recycling game which will be played in Austin-area classrooms. Designed with second grade learning objectives in Math, Language Arts and Science built into the activities, Captain Can is available to lead individual second grade classrooms of students in a fun way to learn about Austin's Single Stream recycling program. This program is sponsored by the City of Austin's Solid Waste Services Department.
